As fans already know, Married at First Sight follows strangers who get legally married without having ever met or known anything about each other before saying "I do."

While many of the couples ultimately decide to get a divorce later, some intend to stay together for the long haul. Season 5 saw three couples—Ashley Petta and Anthony D'Amico, Sheila Downs and Nate Duhon, and Danielle DeGroot and Cody Knapek—tie the knot. But of these couples, not everyone was interested in remaining married.

Sparks few from the start for this pair. And while they had some spats after their honeymoon, most of the the arguments were around finding an apartment together. After Anthony found what he thought was a great home, Ashley nixed it because it didn't have a parking spot.

The pair also starred in the follow-up series, Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After? They welcomed a baby daughter, Mila Rose, in January 2019. And judging by the gushing, romantic posts they each shared on social media on their third wedding anniversary in August 2019, they still seemed to be in love and happier than ever.

Anthony wrote, "Happy 4th anniversary babe! How in the heck has 4 years already passed by? Thanks for being my bride who walked down the isle [sic], thanks for being mama to Mila. I wouldn't have it any other way. I love you to the moon and back!⁣ Here's to our forever and ever babe."

In late July 2020, the couple announced they were growing their family. Ashley is currently pregnant with their second child. Their daughter, Vaeda Marie, was born in February 2021.
