Cathy (Mom)

Owner of Ohio’s Candy Apples Dance Center, Cathy is Abby’s #1 dance competition nemesis. The ALDC Junior Elite Competition team started out with Vivianne on the team, but Cathy soon found that she hates Abby with a passion and she was better fit to compete against her, than have her daughter subject to Abby’s dictatorship. Cathy may not have always come out on top in competition, but she consistently achieves being a huge thorn in Abby’s side. Cathy predicted that Abby would make a mess out of her life by moving to LA, and with a pending prison sentence looming, she’s ready to cut another notch in Abby’s ego.

Vivi-Anne (Dancer)

“Vivi” is the adopted apple of her mom Cathy’s eye and has been dancing since 18 months old. After a brief stint at the ALDC, Vivi has flourished under her mother’s teachings and is often incorporated into the group dances holding the prop and even claimed her citizenship on the dance floor. While Cathy is verbose, Vivi is more the silent side-kick to her mother’s creative ways.
