Peanut Butter Elf Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 18 peanut butter cookies
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Extras: almond slices, frosting, candy, chocolate sprinkles, sugar beads, and candy rope
Instructions
- Remove peanut butter filling from the cookies.
- Add peanut butter filling to the cream cheese and sugar, then mix.
- Fill a piping bag and add the new filling to each cookie.
- Decorate the cookies with almond slices, candy eyes and sprinkles to make faces. Use small amount of the peanut butter as glue to keep extras in place.
- Use sugar beads, candy ropes, and frosting to make elf shirts and hats.
