Crumb Cake Struffoli

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf crumb cake
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup honey
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • sprinkles

Instructions

  • To make the Crumb Cake Struffoli batter, start with one loaf of crumb cake. Then add in the eggs and mix.
  • Add the batter to a frosting cone, then fry small bite sized portions until golden brown.
  • To make the Struffoli glaze, add honey, sugar and lemon juice to a small pot.
  • Heat and mix all the ingredients until you get an amber glaze.
  • Once heated, drizzle the glaze over your crumb cake bites and mix.
  • Throw in a handful of holiday sprinkles to bring the holiday cheer.
