Find out what Gabby Douglas is dying to try and her hopes for the next Olympic Games in this exclusive Q&A.

What was your reaction when you found out you were getting your very own Lifetime movie!
At first, I must say that I was a little surprised that they wanted to make a movie about my story. I felt so honored that they felt that I had a story worth telling.

What was it like working alongside the rest of the cast?
I had a lot of fun when I was on the set. Both the cast and crew were so amazing! Everyone worked so hard, and I felt like I could do no less on my part!

Did you perform any of the stunts in the film?
I did perform a couple stunts.

What’s your favorite scene?
I loved the scene when my mom brought Zoway [Gabby's dog] home for the first time.

Throughout the movie, there’s mention of a vision board. What has it meant to you and your family?
Making the vision board is very important to me and my family. My mom taught us that looking at the vision board would give us inspiration to keep striving for the dreams we had in our hearts even though we couldn't yet see the outcome with our eyes. She told us that as we had faith, our dreams would one day become our reality!

Do you still have an vision board? If so, what’s on it?
I haven't made another one yet. But, I will definitely make one and fill it with pictures of Rio!

If you could try anything just once, what would it be?
Skydiving

Any expectations going into the next Olympic games?
Absolutely, I want to first make the Olympic team and then go out there and represent Team USA to the best of my ability!
