I have Lifetime Movie Club on my iOS device (iPhone/iPad/iPod touch). How do I get it on my Roku? Do I have to pay again?
If you have an active subscription, you do not have to pay again! First you'll need to create a profile on your iOS device: update to the latest version (1.2 or above). You will be prompted to create a profile on launch. If not, go to the settings menu and tap Create Profile. Then go to the Roku Channel Store and search for 'Lifetime Movie Club'. Download and open the app, then sign in using the email address and password combination you used to create your profile.
I bought Lifetime Movie Club on Roku and now I want to watch on my iOS device. How do I do that?
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, go to the App Store and search for 'Lifetime Movie Club'. Download version 1.2 or above, open the app, then sign in using the email address and password combination you used to create your profile on Roku.
Are the movies the same on Roku as they are on iPhone or iPad?
The Lifetime Movie Club content on iOS and Roku is identical. It gets updated at the same time for all devices, though in some instances depending on your Internet quality, it may take a few minutes for the content to be entirely in sync.
How frequently are movies added and removed from the app?
Movies are added to Lifetime Movie Club every day. Some movies may also expire from the app. If they do, you'll get a week's notice and the dates are identified in the app. If you opt in for push notifications, we'll also send you a reminder. A movie with an expiration date is available until 11:59pm Pacific Time of the date identified.
Will movies ever expire in the app?
In some cases, movies may expire from Lifetime Movie Club. The expiration dates will be noted in the app. If you opt in for push notifications, we'll also send you a reminder.
Do I need to be connected to the Internet to watch video?
Yes, at this time you can only watch video by streaming when connected to the Internet, either on Wi-Fi or cellular.
Once I subscribe, can I view these movies on my other iOS devices?
Yes. If you purchase a subscription to Lifetime Movie Club and create a profile on one device, you can log in to your other iOS or Roku devices. You can also restore your subscription on your other iOS devices: -Open the Lifetime Movie Club app on your other device -Tap the Start Free Trial button and then tap the Restore Purchase button -Complete the steps in the Restore process -Your subscription will become activated on that device
Where can I watch Lifetime Movie Club movies?
At this time, Lifetime Movie Club is available on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Roku devices only.
Do I need to have a cable or satellite TV subscription to get Lifetime Movie Club?
No. Lifetime Movie Club is available to anyone, but you need to create or use an existing iTunes account to subscribe.
Why am I being asked to register? Why should I do it?
Create a Movie Club profile to get Lifetime Movie Club access on both iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) and Roku. Registering will also make you eligible for other benefits!
I deleted the app from my device. Does that mean my subscription is canceled?
No. The subscription is billed through the device's purchasing service (iTunes or Roku Store), so you must cancel the subscription through them. Please refer to the instructions to cancel, below.
Do I need to be in the United States to watch Lifetime Movie Club movies?
Yes, movies can only be streamed in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription will auto-renew on a monthly billing cycle. Go here https://buy.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZFinance.woa/wa/manageSubscriptions to turn off auto-renew. Alternatively, you can follow these steps: - From the Home Screen of your iOS device, tap the App Store app - In the menu at the bottom, tap Featured - Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap your Apple ID - Tap View Apple ID - If prompted, enter your password and tap OK. - Next, go to the Account Settings screen - Scroll down and tap Manage Subscriptions - Find the Lifetime Movie Club Subscription and turn the toggle to the OFF position - Auto-renewal is now turned off and you will not be billed in the following billing cycle.
