The Pregnancy Pact

Watch the full movie "The Pregnancy Pact," starring Camryn Manheim, Thora Birch and Nancy Travis. Inspired by a true story! Journalist, Sidney Bloom, returns to her hometown to investigate the sudden spike in teenage pregnancies at her old high school. As the number of pregnant girls climbs to 18, a media firestorm erupts when Time Magazine reports that the rise in the number of pregnancies at the school is the result of a "pregnancy pact." As the mystery unfolds about whether or not "the pact" is real, Sidney soon realizes that all of the attention is disguising the much larger issues that are at the core of the story. If you like this, check out "Mom at Sixteen," starring Mercedes Ruehl, Jane Krakowski and Danielle Panabaker about a 16-year-old who gets pregnant, and her overbearing mom moves the family to a new town to carry the baby in secret.

lifetime is the worst for skipping, i can watch mtv.com any show and it never skips like this channel
This movie is more then i had at that age. I was a teen mother with nobody to tell me about birth control or anything sex related. this should encourage parents to talk to their children about sex no matter how uncomfortable it gets they need to hear it anyway.
I'm a mother of a teen & I really wanted to watch this movie but it just keeps stopping every few seconds. You really need to fix this problem & soon. Because I would love to watch this movie before it is no longer available after the 25th, which is only 2 days away! :(
This movie really opened my eyes!!! Back in August.. August 2nd 2009 to be exact, I had lost my virginity to this guy, (who is now in Heaven, RIP Baby Boy... I love you!) A couple weeks after his passing away I thought I was pregnant.. turned out I wasn't. I was only 15 at the time. I guess teenagers think they are 'invinsible'. Birth control and condoms don't always work. I'm not going to say I wish I hadn't had sex because I don't regret it... but I don't recommend teens going out and doing it. When my mother found out she kind of freked.. to this day my dad isn't aware. I am currently doing a research project in my English class on the cause of high rate of teenage pregnancy, this movie really helped. I hope this movie will point out the dangers of having unprotected sex. Like I said before, protection doesn't always work, but if you are going to have sex, it's better to be somewhat protected than not at all!!! My life has changed so much since August, one because I'm not longer a child and two the scare of me possibly have been pregnant. I was happy only because he/she would have been part of me, but I think ALL teens should wait until they are really ready. I hope this movie opens the eyes of many other young teens!!! If you have any questions for me please feel free to email me at xBoAxBoYxGoRxLo@aol.com.... I'm only 16 but I would be pleased to give anyone advise!!!!! :) :)
First off id like to say that this movie should open up parents eyes about teen pregnancy. I, myself am about to be a mom to a bouncing baby boy and am only 17 but thats only because i didn't pay any mind to what my mom was saying to me and basically ran away from home. i was stupid and in fact was not planed but i love my little one just as much as the next teen would love theirs. But any who back to the movie the jessie guy at the end was a jerk if her was the daddy of my child i would tell him to ether man up and be a father or live the rest of his life never knowing. and being 15 or 16 isn't an excuse. My friend was 16 when his girl got pregnant with their first and he worked his **** of to get everything ready for there kid. he worked 6 day double shifts for 9 months and then some and is now working as a rough neck. So being 15 or 16 isn't an excuse to not step up and take responabilty for not keeping it in you pants or in your hand(girls included).
I completly agree with you!!! I hope you and you're baby boy have a great life together :) Good luck with everything!
