OFFICIAL RULES

CONTEST BEGINS AT APPROXIMATELY 7:30 PM CST AND ENDS AT APPROXIMATELY 9:15 PM CST ON JULY, 25, 2009. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 9:15 PM CST ON JULY, 25, 2009.

1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, attend the BowlHer! event at Lucky Strike Lanes at 322 E. Illinois St., Chicago, IL 60611 and provide your business card or contact information at the registration desk near the entrance of Lucky Strike Lanes. ENTRANTS MUST BE PRESENT IN LUCKY STRIKE LANES NO LATER THAN 9:15 PM CST ON JULY 25, 2009. By entering, each entrant consents to the use by Sponsor and its designees of her/his name, address, statements, photograph(s), voice or other likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity as determined by Sponsor without further approval, notification or compensation, unless prohibited by law, any such use with respect to a minor subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Two (2) Grand Prizes winners will be selected from among all entrants on or around 9:30 PM CST on July 25, 2009. Grand prize winner selection will be made by an independent panel of judges, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Contest, on the basis of: creativity (50%) and adherence to the bowling theme (50%). Winners need to be present at time of selection and will be notified in person after judging has been completed. Decisions of the independent judges are final.

3. PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes: a trip for winner to New York, NY to attend the private Project Runway/Marie Claire party at 300 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019, scheduled for September 17, 2009. Each Grand Prize consists of the following: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for one (1) person from major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, NY (airports selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (b) ground transportation to and from the winner’s residence and airport and to and from airport to hotel in New York City; (c) hotel accommodations in New York City for the night of September 17, 2009 (one room/single occupancy; selected by Sponsor); (d) $200 stipend for meals; and (e) one (1) ticket to a private Project Runway/Marie Claire party at 300 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019, scheduled for September 17, 2009. All travel and other arrangements must be booked by August 31, 2009. Travel package is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. All expenses not included in the prize description above (including, but not limited to, additional ground transportation, taxes, fees, gratuities, insurance and additional meals) are responsibility of winner. Winner must travel on the itinerary specified by Sponsor (which may be subject to change.) All travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates and other restrictions. Additional restrictions apply. The actual value of the prize will depend upon point of departure and dates of travel. All tickets are subject to terms and conditions of their issuers. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice, in seat locations determined by Sponsor. Winner must comply with all applicable venue rules and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. If any portion of the prize is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Sponsor will have no obligation to award compensation in lieu thereof, the remainder of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $1,500. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries/entrants. Prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries.) Sponsor reserves right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older as of July 25, 2009 who arrive at the BowlHer! event at Lucky Strike Lanes between 7:30 PM CST and 9:15 PM CST on July 25, 2009 and enter this Contest. Officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter.

5. VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a background check and publicity release. The affidavits/releases will be sent to winner by overnight delivery. Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if winner is unable to travel on dates specified, if affidavit/release, background check or publicity release, as applicable is not returned within seven (7) days after mailing to winner or if prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable. Prize may be forfeited if affidavit, liability release, background check and publicity release, as applicable, are not completed. Winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian.

6. GENERAL: This Contest is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest if any technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and her/his Contest entries) from this Contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if she/he tampers with the entry process or if her/his fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of this Contest. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Contest.

7. CAUTION. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO ATTEMPTS TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST.

8. WINNERS LIST: To obtain Grand Prize winners’ names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Lifetime’s Project Runway Design Challenge Winners’ Name Request, Lifetime Entertainment Services, 309 West 49th Street, New York, NY 10019, Attn: New Media Department. Grand Prize winners’ names also will be available on www.mylifetime.com. Grand Prize winners’ names request must be received by July 31, 2009. Grand Prize winners’ names will be sent after selection and verification of winners.
