NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. LIFETIMES’ PAYLESS SHOES GIVEAWAY BEGINS AT 12:00:00 PM (ET) ON OCTOBER 28, 2009 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON NOVEMBER 27, 2009 (“SWEEPSTAKES”).

1. HOW TO ENTER: Register to become a member at www.mylifetime.com (or, if already a member sign in), submit a comment below the “Payless Shoes Giveaway/Celeb Shoes Trends” gallery at mylifetime.com, together with one of the nine (9) sneaker sizes between 6, 6 ½, 7, 7 ½, 8, 8 ½, 9, 9 ½, 10 (“Sneaker Size Category(ies)”), and you will automatically be entered. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM (ET) ON NOVEMBER 27, 2009. No incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit: Users may submit as many comments per day as they would like. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, each day will begin at 12:00:00 AM ET and end at 11:59:59 PM ET, with the exception of the first day of this Sweepstakes, which will begin at 12:00:00 PM ET on October 28, 2009. The database clock for www.mylifetime.com will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Lifetime Entertainment Services, LLC (“Sponsor”) and will not be returned. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the relevant entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the applicable email.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in each of nine (9) random drawings, one (1) held for each Sneaker Size Category, for a total of nine (9) Grand Prize winners. Each random drawing is to be conducted on or about November 30, 2009, by Sponsor and/or its representatives, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. To be eligible to win, “Payless Shoes Giveaway/Celeb Shoes Trends” comments submitted must be relevant, appropriate, and substantive relative to the gallery topic at hand, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and sneaker size submitted must be one of the Sneaker Size Categories. Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided on their winning gallery posts. Only one (1) winner per household.
3. GRAND PRIZES AND ODDS: Nine (9) Grand Prizes: One (1) pair of Christian Siriano for Payless™ Elisa sandals for each of the nine (9) Grand Prize Winners, in the Sneaker Size Category won by that Grand Prize winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $29.99. ARV of all Grand Prizes: $269.91. Odds of winning depend upon the number and content of eligible entries and number of sneaker sizes in each Sneaker Size Category received. All Grand Prizes will be awarded (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries are received). Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for prize delivery and is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are the age of majority or older in his or her state of residence as of October 27, 2009, except officers, directors and employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
5. VERIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Grand Prize winners may be required to sign affidavits of eligibility and liability releases and, where permitted, background checks and publicity releases. Prizes may be awarded to alternate winner(s) if affidavit/release is not returned within three (3) days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. Each prize winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of her/his name, address (city and/or state), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
6. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of New York. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States. Sponsor and its parents, successors, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, printers, distributors, and the respective officers, directors, employees, representative and agents of each and any other person or entity related in any way to this Sweepstakes (together with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not responsible for: (a) late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, e-mails or other communications; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, (b) defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials; loss or otherwise; or (c) electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sweepstakes Entities disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes and to hold a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action, if any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause outside of Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes. In the event of any such modification, cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted online at www. mylifetime.com/sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
