Taylor Swift stepped things up this week and traded in her signature blonde locks for some edgy bangs.
The Grammy-winning country superstar debuted her new look yesterday morning with a photo on Twitter, teasing, “Got a haircut.”
While this isn’t her first brush with bangs (Swift debuted a similar look almost a year ago at the American Music Awards), it seems like she’s trying to move away from her saccharine sweet image towards something a bit more grown-up.
The latest photo shown above was taken hours ago at the Billboard Women in Music luncheon in New York.
