You'd think the buzz following Kate Moss's highly anticipated wedding would be about her choice of Galliano gown or natural hair and makeup, but the spotlight has been cast instead on her 13-year-old half-sister, Lottie.

"Lottie looks beautiful and fresh - a very English rose look… she has wonderful features and could definitely make a model. Generally you need the height. Kate is the exception to the rule because models need to be 5ft 9in to 5ft 11in. I think Lottie would make a lovely young model," Premier Models founder Carole White has said.

Don't expect to see the budding beauty on the catwalk anytime soon though. Her mother recently told British Vogue, "She's too young. When she is old enough it will be her decision."

Gwen Stefani's rockin' 5-year-old, Kingston, was spotted yesterday sporting a bright blue mohawk which, personally, I find to be absolutely adorable. My friend (who has a 6-year-old), however, gasped at the sight of the image. "Chemically-processing a child's hair is abuse!," she says, adding "Same goes for pets."

How young is too young to color hair, in your opinion? Should it be up to the parents, or should salons refuse service to minors under a certain age?
