After years of speculation (and denial), Nicole Kidman has finally owned up to using Botox. The Oscar-winning actress
says of her anti-aging regimen:

"I’ve tried a lot of things but apart from working out and a good diet most things don’t help... I even tried Botox but
I didn’t like how my face looked afterwards. Now I don’t use it anymore - and I can move my forehead again."

Check out the shot of Nicole, above, from December. Do you think she's now 100% natural?

The UK's Daily Mail is reporting that cosmetic dentists are now offering their own form of non-surgical facelifts for those seeking an an ageless appearance, like Demi Moore's.

The four-step procedure involves the use of veneers to not only perfect the smile, but also restructure the face to make it appear up to 10 years younger. Naturally, the cost is equally impressive — estimates are $10,000+ USD.

Will you be experimenting with a "Dental Facelift" in the new year?

... 'Cause a full bum— à la Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez— is actually good for your health. (Or, at least, better than a full tummy, according to London's Daily Mail.)

A recent study in the International Journal of Obesity shows that " having a generous rear end and thighs, rather than a pot belly, cuts levels of 'bad' cholesterol and raises levels of the 'good' cholesterol that protect against hardening of the arteries... [And] also cuts the risk of diabetes."

So, go on— show-off (or build!) that Bootylicious backside. You know you want to.
