Mel B. debuts a semi-shaved hairstyle at a recent concert event in Las Vegas.

Both Mel B. (of Spice Girl fame) and Rihanna took a risk recently with new 'dos, but only one managed to walk the fine line between fabulous and fugly.

While Rihanna took a basic cropped cut and added texture and volume, Mel B. looked as though she'd stepped off the set of a sci-fi film with a faux-hawk updo. On the bright side, her stylist was able to distract us from that outfit, which was quite the challenge in itself...
