Remember that Sex and The City episode where the girls take a trip to L.A. and end up with a souvenir from South America?

Well, the "Brazilian" debate is back and, according to The Times Online, this bare-all waxing treatment has become as standard as shaving one's legs. (Though, apparently, the "Sicilian" is quite popular, too.)

A bad dye job, overplucked brows, the wrong shade of lipstick— With time, we often realize that what we thought to be hot was actually a hot mess.

My biggest beauty regret? A poodle-esque perm in high school. That, paired with my multi-colored braces, made for quite the look. (One that will never be shared online, thank you.)

Of course, celebrities aren't immune to such embarrassments either. Kim Kardashian tells Allure magazine: "I used to do heavy, heavy painted brows— too dark a pencil and too filled in." Adding,"What I should have been doing was using a lighter color than my brows. Now I use a light brown pencil and only kind of fill my brows in."

Whatever your age, or the time of year, SPF is a must for both your appearance and (more importantly) your health. "Younger women haven't totally grasped the importance of sunscreen, and they'll regret that," warns Kristen Davis.

But, thankfully, it's never too late to start protecting your skin. Adds Sarah Jessica Parker, "[Sunscreen is] quite a recent discovery for me and now I can't live without it. It's also essential to drink lots of water and moisturize regularly."

Sarah Jessica Parker put all those did she or didn't she? rumors to rest by appearing in her signature shoulder-length curls for the kickoff of the Shop for Public Schools Program at Barnes & Noble in New York.

Did she or didn't she? It's the question I've been asking myself since sighting SJP's super-short fringe at last night's Sex and the City: The Movie (DVD release) soiree.

If she actually has committed to this look, I wish her all the best. It's not that I dislike the Audrey-inspired bangs (though they don't do much for her face shape), it just seems like they'd be a major pain to maintain given her natural wavy/curly hair texture.

But judging by her personality and hairvolution, I think that she's wearing clip-in extensions (made of natural hair, and dyed to match her own), which can give the same effect- without the awkward re-growth period.
