It's been said that you have styling in your blood, since your mom and both of your grandmothers were stylists. How did hair care become your own passion?
Going to hair shows and seeing the hair artists really fueled my love of hair. I was so excited to learn and to have the opportunity to be creative with hair. Also, seeing how I could give my clients more confidence and really change their state of mind with a new hairstyle was really inspiring and made me passionate about hair care.
Which of fall's hair trends are you most excited about?
Color that is soft and neutral.
What curl-care products are worth the splurge? And when should someone save her money?
