Snapped yesterday on the set of "Gossip Girl," Taylor Momsen (as Jenny) looks absolutely gorgeous in a vintage-inspired hair piece.

The show's stylist chose to pair the piece with a side-swept, texturized ponytail, which works perfectly with Taylor's blonde locks and bright red lips. Of course, the look is also worn well – confidence (real, or the appearance of) is definitely a prerequisite for such a bold hair accessory. Without that extra something something, the result can be more costumelike than couture.
