Hot Topic: The "Dental Facelift"

Posted by babu 5:00pm GMT

The UK's Daily Mail is reporting that cosmetic dentists are now offering their own form of non-surgical facelifts for those seeking an an ageless appearance, like Demi Moore's.

The four-step procedure involves the use of veneers to not only perfect the smile, but also restructure the face to make it appear up to 10 years younger. Naturally, the cost is equally impressive — estimates are $10,000+ USD.

Will you be experimenting with a "Dental Facelift" in the new year?

Applying Makeup In Public: Fine or Fine-Worthy?

Posted by babu 10:28am GMT

London Ent/Splash News

I've always considered Charlize Theron to be the epitome of elegance and discretion, so I was a little surprised to see this shot of the Oscar winner publicly touching up her lip gloss at last night's Clippers game.

Is it a fine-worthy offense? Not in my book, but I generally try to avoid doing so myself. (Blame it on my mum and her belief in the power of allowing for a bit of "mystery" when it comes to one's use of makeup, hair extensions & contouring aids...)

What do you think? Is it appropriate to apply makeup in public?

What's Most Attractive to Men: A Woman's Face or Body?

Posted by babu 5:00pm GMT

Jamie McCarthy/WireImage

According to Allure, a recent study found that men seeking a long-term mate are far more likely to focus on the face, whilst those who want only a short-term commitment pay attention to the body. (No word yet on women like Adriana Lima, above, who appear to have it all.)
