Phoebe Price has done it ... again. She's secured her place on our Worst Tressed list with this awful, over-the-top hat.

The best part? She's not at a wedding, derby, nor royal event — just a lunch in Beverly Hills!

Handbag-Inspired Hats: Trend or Foe?

Seen here on the runway of Isaac Mizrahi's Fall 2009 show, this model appears to be wearing a hat. Or is it a handbag? Perhaps a 2-in-1?

I know we're in a time of economic hardship, but really... This is a multi-use innovation I could live without. It's neither beautiful nor discreet (with the latter being key to saving/hiding a bad hair day!).

But what do you think, are handbag-inspired hats a trend or foe?
