Current Obsession: Dolce & Gabbana The Lip Jewels

Posted by babu 1:33pm GMT

Brand

Meet the go-to lipstick palette of this — and next — season.

Modeled at the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2011 show, Lip Jewels provides the perfect mix of blendable, buildable cream lip color. "The three reds we chose are very luscious, shades I've worked with time and again on the runway... I've played with them a lot — I've mixed them together, used them solo-and have come up with very rich passionate looks," says creative consultant Pat McGrath.

(The striking jewel-cut casing makes this brilliant quartet giftable, too.)

Dolce & Gabbana The Lip Jewels, $60. Available in November 2010 on Saks.com.

MFW Spring 2011: "Wet" Tresses at Bottega Veneta

“This line for Bottega Veneta is a very modern workwear inspired collection and the designer wanted very natural American woman beauty to complement. This look represents a woman on the go, rushing out of her apartment on the way to work and letting her hair dry naturally," says the show's stylist Guido Palau.

Get the Look:
First, create a messy center part then dampen your entire head with a water spray bottle. Next, scrunch-in Redken Aerate 08 Bodifying Cream Mousse in sections, scrunching towards your head with small handfuls of hair at a time. (That's it!)
