Jet lag? Fatigue? Stylist-to-the-stars David Babaii doesn't appear to suffer from such things. After jetting across the ocean to Tokyo, Japan, the L.A.-based hairdresser went straight to work, creating a fashion-forward red carpet look for Scarlett Johansson to model at Tuesday's Moet & Chandon "Tribute to Cinema."

To create this "power look" and accentuate her fire-red Givenchy dress, David took Scarlett's long, strawberry-blonde hair and transformed it into a dramatic side-swept, textured bob.

Get-the-look:

After rough drying her locks with his signature Hair Polish (applied to damp hair), David loosely twirled large sections of hair and sprayed them with his Bohemian Beach Spray, while finishing the drying process.

Once Scarlett's hair was completely dried, David used his fingers as a comb to gently loosen the twirled sections. He continued using his fingers to sweep her tresses to one side (so as not to disturb the texture he'd achieved), cupping her hair under to create the illusion of shorter hair. He then secured the style with bobby pins, and sprayed his Mise en Plis Light Styling Spray for a soft, long-lasting hold.

Will you be experimenting with Scarlett's textured updo this season?
