"War Horse" actress Celine Buckens was the epitome of sweet in a scalloped Victoria by Victoria Beckham shift dress at her film's premiere in London.
Not surprisingly, designer (and unofficial model) Victoria Beckham was the first to be spotted in the dress (from the Spring 2012 collection) while out and about in New York this past September.
While I'd love to give this one to Celine for the simple fact that V-Becks looks good in EVERYTHING, I really like how the black platform boots round out the black collar of this dress, so V-Becks gets the vote.
Who looked sweeter in scallops?
