Smooth Operator: Shingai Shoniwa's Surgical Mask Style

Shingai Shoniwa arrived at "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 1" premiere in London protected in a mermaid gown made entirely of surgical masks (from the Alpana & Neeraj Spring 2012 collection).

Ironically, the English singer wasn't wearing a mask on her face.
