Ever since the spotted sheer dresses in Stella McCartney's Fall 2011 collection started picking up speed among leading ladies like Liv Tyler and Kate Winslet, I've been on the lookout for a less-expensive look-alike. (Brands like Wolford and Madewell have already followed suit with spotty intimates.) Not surprisingly, it's Topshop to the rescue.
