This morning, I was temporarily transported to an exotic island that was the Calypso St. Barth for Target preview, where I had the pleasure of familiarizing myself with the new collection and enjoying colorful drinks and hors d'oeuvres served up by "cabana boys."
The collection features more than 200 beach-inspired items across seven product categories and includes clothing (with special emphasis on breezy, bohemian dresses, skirts and rompers) and accessories for women, young girls and babies, as well as home goods in the form of pillows, dinnerware and glassware, all ranging in price from $1.99-$79.99.
Some of my favorite fashion items (from left to right) include the Canvas Fan-Print Tote in Turquoise, $19.99, and Tie-Dye Flip-Flops in Turquoise, $12.99, the Embroidered Bikini Top in Blue, $22.99, and Embroidered Skirt in Blue, $29.99 (which I purchased at today's event), the Tie-Dye Caftan in Pink, $49.99, and the Embroidered Ruffle Dress in Navy, $39.99, and Embroidered Canvas Tote in Khaki, $16.99. The Calypso St. Barth for Target collection will be available at all Target stores and Target.com beginning May 1.
