Celebs took the dress code seriously (to say the least) at Perez Hilton's "Blue Ball" 33rd Birthday Celebration, held recently in Hollywood.
Standout styles at what could've passed for a Smurf convention included those of Selena Gomez (who stole the spotlight in a blue, silk dress paired with matching makeup, body art and accessories, including what appeared to be crystal-covered tights), Dita Von Teese (who looked breathtaking in a cobalt-blue Jenny Packham gown covered with multi-sized sequins) and Aubrey O'Day (who attempted to work the color palette in a silk-taffeta, full mini and beaded, cutout cardigan paired with platform pumps).
