At least that appeared to be the thinking behind Katy Perry, who gave new meaning to the term "silver belle" at the Grammy Nominations Concert.
Her Tinsel Town-inspired ensemble consisted of a silver skater dress, long gloves and hair and shoulder adornments made up of snowflakes, ornaments and garland.
