Dare to Wear: Milla Jovovich

Posted by babu 11:35am GMT

Was Milla Jovovich's dress made out of leftover fabric scraps?

The brocade and lace panels on Milla's Valentino frock, worn to the Gorby 80 Gala at Royal Albert Hall in London, appeared to have been haphazardly pinned together minutes before the event, leaving Milla's chest (and one of her nipples) exposed.

Dare to Wear: Milla Jovovich

Milla Jovovich
certainly isn't letting a drop in temperature rain on her red-carpet parade!

The actress was primed for a trip to a tropical island in a leaf and tribal print maxi dress paired with bright yellow accessories and a fruit punch pout at the "Biutiful" premiere in Los Angeles.

She was accompanied by husband director Paul W. S. Anderson, who looked like he was dressed for another event/side of the world in a less-than-sunny blazer and jeans combo.

Red-Carpet Recap: 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala

Posted by babu 12:43pm GMT

Stars oozed sex appeal in a variety of sparkly, curve-skimming sheaths at the 14th Annual Hollywood Awards Gala.

Some of my favorite looks included those of Hilary Swank (who looked red-hot in a poppy-colored and heavily-beaded asymmetrical sheath from Giorgio Armani), Halle Berry (who shimmered in a plunging tunic with allover sequin detail), Milla Jovovich (who made her mark in a melon gown embellished at the waist), Mia Wasikowska (who rocked a two-toned-metallic number with fringe outlining) and, last but not least, Miss Carey Mulligan (who looked demure in a wine-colored sheath from the Giles Resort 2011 collection).

Which star's gala style is most gorgeous?
