Upgrade: Amanda Crew Sparkles in Emerald

Amanda Crew looked stunning in a sequined Reem Acra dress with sheer lining, paired with a matching green clutch, at the "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World" premiere in Los Angeles last night.

While I liked the sequined skirt worn by Amanda to the "Charlie St. Cloud" premiere a little over a week ago, I thought the tuxedo shirt pairing was a little sophisticated for the young actress.

Her recent look struck the perfect balance between playful and posh.

Is this star's recent look an "upgrade" or a "downgrade" from her last one?

Red-Carpet Recap: "Charlie St. Cloud" Premiere (Los Angeles)

Young stars shone bright at last night's "Charlie St. Cloud" premiere in Los Angeles.

My two favorite looks of the night belonged to Brittany Snow, in a digital-print black and white sheath and neon yellow sandals, and Vanessa Hudgens, who showed up in support of beau Zac Efron wearing a champagne-colored Reem Acra dress and silver sandals to match the dress's sparkling neckline.

While I loved leading lady Amanda Crew's sequined miniskirt, I wasn't sold on her sheer, tuxedo-style blouse. Garcelle Beauvais kept it classic in a black sheath and gladiator heels.

Which star's premiere style shone brightest?
