Dare to Wear: Alexis Bledel

Despite the fact that I am a HUGE 3.1 Phillip Lim fan, I just can't seem to get into this dress.

Worn by Alexis Bledel to the 2010 Independent Filmmaker Project Spring Gala in New York, the allover accordion-like pleating in front manages to mask the dress's waistline, leaving the actress appearing shapeless.
