Paris Hilton chose a swirly sensation from the Preen Spring 2010 collection for her birthday celebration at TAO Nightclub last weekend.
Mandy Moore, along with several other celebs, rocked a similar version of the dress in black (from the label's Spring 2009 collection) to a Vanity Fair and Burberry event back in 2008.
I prefer Paris' design, as it features cutouts on the skirt, as well, and somehow manages to cover more of the bodice.
