Have caged heels loosened their hold on Hollywood and given way to the flirty ribbon stilettos spotted on actress Keri Russell at the "Extraordinary Measures" film premiere this week?
While I am still trying to track down the designer of Keri's seriously sexy shoes (I've eliminated Jimmy Choo, Giuseppe Zanotti and Manolo Blahnik), I will be on the lookout for inspired styles for spring.
