When Jessica Alba showed up in her LBD back in November, I honestly thought the look was a snooze fest among the festive party dresses other stars wore to the re-opening of LA's Museum of Contemporary Art.
But, now, the bolder Antonio Berardi design, which she wore to the People's Choice Awards last night, makes her previous ensemble stand out in the sexy-yet-demure category. The recent metallic dress (with chunky heels) has too much of the "I'm trying very hard to look sexy and edgy," while the low-cut black style from November, which she paired with red satin pumps, has sex appeal, but the overall effect is much more subtle.
Even Alba's hair last night seemed untouched versus the more coiffed 'do for her previous red carpet walk.
