Style Showdown: Jenna vs. Claudia

Posted by babu 1:08pm GMT

"The Office" star Jenna Fischer looked ravishing in a red Versace gown during last night's 2010 Emmy Awards.

Model Claudia Schiffer wore a strappier version of the same gown to the Grazie Gianni Con Amore Dinner commemorating the 10-year anniversary of Gianni Versace's death several years back.

I love this gown in both versions, on both ladies, so I'm going to have to leave this one as a toss-up.

Which star looked more ravishing in Versace?

Red-Carpet Recap: 2010 Emmy Awards

Posted by babu 11:20am GMT

The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards, aka the biggest night in television, took place last night, where leading ladies from hit shows like "Mad Men," "The Office" and "Glee" swept across the carpet in their Sunday best, and then some.

Some of the standout Emmy styles included those of Christina Hendricks (who wowed in a curve-hugging chiffon Zac Posen gown), Dianna Agron (who exuded femininity in an antique-looking Carolina Herrera Resort 2011 gown), Heidi Klum (who rocked a sexy Marchesa LBD and spiked Christian Louboutin pumps), Emily Deschanel (who looked vibrant in a violet, multi-tiered Max Azria Atelier gown) and January Jones (who received mixed reviews after debuting a cobalt blue Atelier Versace Spring 2010 gown).

Which star's Primetime Emmys style is your fave?

Trend to Try: Gold/Black

Posted by babu 6:16pm GMT

One of the things I'm looking to get my hands on this holiday party season is a LGBD (you know, little gold/black dress?!).

Ranging from barely-there flecks to power-coating, there's no denying gold/black is the new black/black, and the more burnished the better.

Perhaps it all started with Charlize Theron's increasingly duplicated Lanvin dress and then the gold rubbed down the red carpet from there. I just hope the rich-girl-meets-bad-boy trend, which has been adopted by designer labels like Donna Karan, Camilla and Marc and French Connection (black metallics were also the recent focus of the MAC Black campaign), is here to stay.

Will you try this trend?
