Quick-Change Artist: Rihanna

Posted by babu 3:45pm GMT

Rihanna kept onlookers guessing in a variety of not two, not three, but at least SEVEN wardrobe changes in the duration of two shows.

Just two days after experimenting with a sheer, ruffled Jean Paul Gaultier gown and two stage costumes (one tribal bodysuit and one larger-than-life taffeta and tulle Christian Dior gown) at this year's Grammy Awards (bottom), the closet chameleon was at it again for the 2011 BRIT Awards (top), where she one-upped herself with four wardrobe changes, including a rosette-covered stage gown and a multicolored Christian Dior gown and matching pumps for the red carpet.

Which awards show yielded the best wardrobe changes?

Quick-Change Artist: Queen Latifah

A glowing Queen Latifah donned not one, but two, gorgeous gowns from the Edition by Georges Chakra Spring 2011 collection before getting comfortable in a corset, suit and sneaker combo while performing at the 2011 People's Choice Awards.

My personal favorite wardrobe change of the three had to be her turquoise and white ombre gown with exquisite beading along the halter-ring collar, in which she reminded me of a Moroccan princess.

Which of Queen Latifah's quick looks is your fave?

Quick-Change Artist: Fergie

Posted by babu 1:55pm GMT

Just when it looked like Fergie had settled on a fringe-happy creation from designers Falguni and Shane Peacock at the 2010 American Music Awards, the dutchess went and threw members of the media for a loop by changing into an equally leggy, but much more shapely and futuristic, bodice from the Zuhair Murad Spring 2010 collection.

Which of Fergie's quick looks was your favorite?

Quick-Change Artist: Katy Perry

Posted by babu 5:29pm GMT

Katy Perry debuted a crystal floral embellished corset by The Blonds before changing into not one, but two, colorful creations (one paper-cutout dress and one that reminds me of something straight out of Fairytopia) created by Todd Thomas.

I personally found the outfit in the center (which reminds me of a yellow raincoat) to be the most interesting of the three, as I don't recall seeing anything like it before.

Which of Katy's quick changes was your favorite?

Quick-Change Artist: Heidi Klum

Posted by babu 5:20pm GMT

Before Heidi Klum brought high glamour to amfAR's Milano 2010 red carpet in a wow-worthy, heavily embellished Roberto Cavalli gown, the "Project Runway" star was spotted keeping it casual-chic in an animal-print blouse (also by the designer), pants and a military-style jacket at the Roberto Cavalli show.

While I love both looks (and think they serve as the perfect examples of how versatile Heidi's sense of style is), I'm giving this one to the getup that glitters. Just gorgeous!

Quick-Change Artist: Eva Mendes

Posted by babu 3:54pm GMT

Eva Mendes
rocked a gray cocktail dress from the Oscar de la Renta Resort 2011 collection at "The Other Guys" premiere yesterday in New York.

The same day, Eva was spotted in the shiny sheath sans tie-on skirt while leaving her hotel in New York.

While I definitely think the dressier, "with skirt" adaptation is more red-carpet appropriate, I tend to prefer the 1.0 version overall.

Quick-Change Artists: Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristin Davis

Posted by babu 12:56pm GMT

Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristin Davis bagged their red-carpet brights and slipped into something a little more revealing for the "SATC 2" Premiere After-Party.

SJP's after-party style consisted of a lacy Elie Saab number and bright blue Nicholas Kirkwood heels, whereas Kristin kept it slinky in a metallic Pierre Balmain Couture dress. Both ladies stayed true to their red-carpet hairstyles throughout the night.

Quick-Change Artist: Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood
looked sensational while walking the red carpet at the 45th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in a champagne-colored mini from the Basil Soda Spring 2010 collection.

While posing for photos in the awards press room, however, the performer sang a different tune in a full-skirted dress that plunged in front.

Quick-Change Artists: Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz

Posted by babu 5:15pm GMT

Both Jennifer Lopez and Cameron Diaz slipped out of their fierce Oscar fashions and into something more comfortable (or at least manageable) before hitting up the after-parties.

J.Lo, who rocked a sculpted Armani Privé gown at the awards show, switched things up with a black cutout gown designed by Gucci, while Cameron traded in her Oscar de la Renta gown for an equally shimmery sheath from the Victoria Beckham collection.

While I welcomed the trade in J.Lo's case, I don't think Cameron's demure after-party pick was a good fit for her bubbly nature.

Quick-Change Artist: Heidi Klum Works the Runway and Red Carpet

Posted by babu 10:30am GMT

Heidi Klum proves you can take the girl off the runway, but you can't take the runway out of the girl when it comes to modeling multiple looks in a single day -- and looking great in them all.

At NY Fashion Week, Heidi made a quick change into four looks in under four hours. From the studded jacket she wore to the launch of her new baby-clothes line, to her strut down the runway in a red John Galliano gown for the Heart's Truth fashion show to raise awareness of heart disease in women, Heidi is always "in" when it comes to her style.
