The actress/singer/fashion victim looked better prepared for a biker convention than Nickelodeon's 2011 Kids' Choice Awards, where she proved a misfit in a cropped leather jacket, tee, jeans and what looked like 10-inch platforms.

She accessorized her look with a ring-bearing choker (and a raccoon mask).

And now, for the latest installment in the Taylor Momsen shredder style saga...

The on-again, off-again "Gossip Girl" actress, former face of "Material Girl" and singer was spotted wearing what appeared to be a ripped tee attached to lacy thigh-highs and a leather jacket while on tour in Virginia.

She topped off her grungy getup with a dog collar and leg-brace boots.

Has Hollywood's most rebellious teen (on and off screen) finally met her match, or shall I say matches?

The ripped tight wearing, raccoon eye bearing Taylor Momsen barely managed to stand out when wedged between similarly-distressed mother-daughter designing duo Madonna and Lourdes at an event to promote their Material Girl clothing line at Macy's in Herald Square.

Taylor Momsen channeled her inner (okay, maybe not so inner) bad girl during a promotional event for "Material Girl," the new clothing line by Madonna and daughter Lourdes, yesterday at the Macy's in Herald Square.

Thanks to the new collection, which officially hit Macy's stores yesterday, we can expect to see an increase in junior Taylor clones out on the streets (lovely!).

Leave it to Taylor Momsen to ruin my "Gossip Girl" fashion high.

Just when I'd become accustomed to seeing castmates Leighton Meester and Blake Lively modeling the latest goods from Valentino, Gucci and Oscar de la Renta while shooting Season Four, I stumbled upon this picture of Miss Momsen preparing to take the stage for a show in Columbia, Maryland.

Not only can you see the actress's bra and underwear right through her dress, but if you look closely, you'll notice a pack of smokes peeking out of her thigh-highs. Classy!

Taylor Momsen ripped one (again!) on the way to a photoshoot in London yesterday.

At least if you make sure your tights are ripped BEFORE leaving the house, you don't need to worry about toting clear nail polish in your purse.

Jeans and Tights: Trend or Foe?

Forget miniskirts! Tomboys like Katie Holmes, Nicole Richie and Taylor Momsen are taking a more casual approach to tights this spring by pairing them with denim cutoffs.

I stopped at a nearby Urban Outfitters on my lunch break today and nearly all of the mannequins inside were modeling the same look for spring.

Rule Breakers or Trend Makers: Destroyed Denim

With the start of the new year, don't be so quick to toss those destroyed denim jeans you picked up over the summer.
Way back in early fall, hip stars Audrina Patridge and Taylor Momsen were seen running errands in the well-worn look.

But in just the past two days, both trend-makers Whitney Port AND Vanessa Hudgen were seen still carrying a torch for this still-hot jeans style.

Dear Taylor Momsen,
If you feel a little wind chill throughout your entire thigh region it's most likely due to the fact that you are LITERALLY OUTSIDE!

The "Gossip Girl" actress, whose schooling apparently consists of studying Victoria's Secret catalogs, headed to the set in New York wearing thigh-high tights with garters and, well, that was pretty much it from the waist down.

What's great is that she appears to be shyly tugging at the bottom of her skirt in an attempt to cover more ground, as if she had no idea it was so short until being photographed. Get a room!
