Fashion News: Rihanna Wants to Design a Fashion Line!

When I read today that Rihanna not only wants to start her own fashion line (natch!), but that her designs were already in the works, it had me thinking about some of the singer's most recent wack-a-doo looks from her "No Regrets" CD tour and concert.

Here are the top 3 Rihanna outfits that should be omitted from her upcoming fashion line:

1) The Origami Laser-Cut Rose Dress - Just like the FemBots in "Austin Powers," everyone knows lasers and fashion do not mix. And, besides, who wants to stand all night in Louboutins!

2) The Built-In Air Conditioner Bodysuit - Leaves you asking fellow partygoers all night: "Is it just me, or do you feel a breeze?"

3) The Gold Spike Dress by The Blonds: Like poor Ralphie in "A Christmas Story," this dress is just begging our mothers to yell at us "You'll put your eye out!"

I’m Obsessed With…Rihanna's Gauntlet Gloves

Extreme runway style never translates well into real life. But celebrities get a pass on this rule since stars like Rihanna can make the oddest trends lust-worthy like the Karl Lagerfeld gauntlet gloves the singer wore to the designer's namesake show at Paris Fashion Week.

I first fantasized about super sized gloves when I spotted them on the Proenza Schouler runway last year. I was hesitant to fully embrace the trend then, but now that Mr. Lagerfeld and Rihanna have both approved the look, I just may go for it! [No, that is not a well-dressed girl pirate in your locale CVS...it's just me, your obsessed All The Looks Insider in Lagerfeld gloves]

Oh, and don't you just love how Karl made the look so "Karl" by chopping off the fingers? I'm sure Lindsay Lohan is dying to steal those things off of Rihanna right now.
