Upgrade: Drew Barrymore Leaves the '80s

Except for the exceptionally stylish Monique Lhuillier gown Drew Barrymore wore to the recent Emmys, the bubbly blonde has been stepping out in some garish and glowing outfits lately to promote her 80s-themed film "Whip It."

While I can't blame Drew for wanting to draw attention to her new film (that she directed, produced, and acted in), I much prefer this most recent interpretation of the 80's LBD.

Gone are the neon blue tights and matching nail polish. And I am loving her ultra-short bob that is the result of chopping off the skunk-tail dye job.

Dare to Wear: Drew Barrymore

You know that feeling you get every time you're watching a horror film and the girl is about to go downstairs into the basement? That's the only way I can describe how I feel about what Drew Barrymore wore to a recent "Whip It" press conference in Toronto.

Perhaps if someone had just been there to say "No, Drew, don't!" she could have been saved from
this catastrophe. For the record, this is yet another one I'm blaming on Drew's BF (and bad wardrobe consultant) Justin Long.
