Dare to Wear: Amanda Bynes

Posted by babu 4:29pm GMT

When a celeb wears an outfit like this, I can't help but assume she must've gotten dressed by herself. In the dark.

That's because no sister, friend, [insert confidant here] or STRANGER would let someone walk out of the house like this.

Aside from the fact that Amanda Bynes finished off her MTV Movie Awards look with "Muppet" booties (designed by Christian Louboutin), her dated Herve Leger bandage dress failed to offer her any support. Her legs also appeared significantly more tan than the rest of her body.

Dare to Wear: Jaime Winstone

Posted by babu 4:06pm GMT

Jaime Winstone showed off her patriotism in a red and white Vivienne Westwood gown and metallic-blue workboots at the Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition Preview Party in London yesterday.

If you take a closer look at the dress's neckline, you'll notice the English actress (whose personal style resembles that of Helena Bonham Carter) was about three threads short of a major wardrobe malfunction.

Dare to Wear: Avril Lavigne

Posted by babu 3:41pm GMT

Is Avril Lavigne the new face of DayGlo?!

The punk singer took her spin on the neon trend in a bright green tank accessorized with an equally-blinding yellow purse while out and about in London.

The punk singer even went as far as to color-coordinate her beauty look with glow-in-the-dark hair and nails.

Kelly Rowland proved the latest celeb to show off her midriff in a lacy, yellow crop top and a black skirt at "The X Factor" auditions in Birmingham.

Dare to Wear: Rihanna

Posted by babu 3:55pm GMT

Rihanna shaked her (pirate's) booty in a a crop top (which fell just short of covering her bra), knickers, fishnets and booties during a recent performance on "The Today Show."

She finished off her "sunken treasure" style with pincurls and gold coins.

Dare to Wear: January Jones

Posted by babu 5:45pm GMT

I could hardly believe my eyes when I first came across this picture of January Jones.

I don't know if it's her longer hair,amphibian-themed makeup, or that ill-fitting Preen dress (paired with "mom" sandals), but this is a far cry from the fashion-forward bombshell I've come to know and love on the red carpet.

Let's chalk it up to her wanting to be comfortable during her pregnancy and hope for a speedy (and stylish) recovery.

Dare to Wear: Halle Berry

Posted by babu 12:05pm GMT

Halle Berry has one of the sickest bodies in Hollywood and, while I can't say I can directly relate, I can imagine that one of the benefits of working out on a regular basis is being able to show off your goods.

That said, there are times when I can't help but feel like I'm being beaten over the head with her chiseled abs, such was the case at this year's FiFi Awards,to whichthe actresswore a revealing Halston dress that took the cutout trend to the next level.

Dare to Wear: Lady Gaga

Posted by babu 4:18pm GMT

Lady Gaga looked like a walking closet collage in a concoction of clothing while recently visiting "The Late Show with David Letterman" in New York.

Perhaps most perplexing to me was her partial, sequined pant-leg, which looked like it had been painted on (and, of course, her stilts).

Dare to Wear: Jessica Biel

Posted by babu 10:39am GMT

While the majority of celebs have welcomed the opportunity to experiment with bright and crisp-white suits just in timefor summer, it appears Jessica Biel is already gearing up for fall.

The actress wore a teal-velvet blouse, blazer and pant ensemble from the Gucci Pre-Fall collection to a recent Revlon event in New York and, while Jess has the body to pull off (almost) anything, her outfit read more like "Austin Powers" than posh.

Dare to Wear: Fergie

Posted by babu 3:18pm GMT

When going out, I try to avoid wearing platform heels at all costs in order to avoid the blisters that will inevitably surface by the end of the night.

Apparently, Fergie has a slightly higher tolerance for pain, because the singer appeared to being wearing not just platforms, but full-on horse hooves, in addition to a leather-paneled Herve Leger by Max Azria dress complete with neck brace at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards.

She topped off her "dominatrix diva" look with a matching leather clutch and a smoky eye.
