Paris Hilton looked like a walking kids craft project in a crayon-striped maxi and pom-pom necklace while out and about in Los Angeles yesterday.

As if her Rainbow Brite-worthy ensemble weren't loud enough, the heiress topped off the look with metallic jewelry, a handbag and shoes.

Dare to Wear: Nicki Minaj

If singer Nicki Minaj's bright orange 'do didn't attract the attention of onlookers at the 2010 BET Awards, her larger-than-life Rochas by Olivier Theyskens gown certainly did.

The corseted, chiffon creation (which rested on a huge heap of tulle) was paired with a chandelier-like statement necklace for greater effect.

Dare to Wear: Kristen Stewart

And for all those reasons listed in my "Eclipse" red-carpet recap and more, I'm giving today's DTW title to the sheepish Kristen Stewart (in Elie Saab).

If there were ever a time when one of KStew's leather jackets would've actually come in handy, this would've been it.

The usually put-together singer was photographed in a pair of sloppy cutoff jeans and a cutoff screen tee while out and about in New York.

If you look closely, you'll notice she's also sporting multicolored nails.

Dare to Wear: Alexa Chung

When I first looked at this pic of Alexa Chung at the YSL Belle D’Opium Fragrance Launch, I thought she was once again wearing thigh-highs.

At second glance, however, I realized the thick bands circling the TV personality's upper-legs were actually part of her slashed, leather YSL shorts from the Spring 2010 collection.

I can only imagine what the shorts will look like once they reach the sample sale racks.

Katy Perry's Tube (Dress) Ties: Love 'Em or Leave 'Em?

Katy Perry (aka Betty Rubble) left little to the imagination at the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards, where she wore what looked like a bad DIY project, but was in actuality a dress from the Ashish Spring 2010 collection.

Ironically, the body-baring singer chose to top off her look with nude heels.
