Dare to Wear: Blake Lively

Everyone's favorite "Gossip Girl" flasher Blake Lively was at it again during at the San Diego Comic Con event in California this past weekend.

The actress, who wore a revealing black and white blouse and pant combo from the Preen Resort 2011 collection, was there to promote her upcoming film "Green Lantern."

Dare to Wear: Vanessa Williams

Considering the fact that I'm a HUGE fan of jumpers (and usually of all shapes and sizes), I really wanted to like this look. Unfortunately, I couldn't will myself to do it.

While on-trend, Vanessa Williams' taupe pantsuit (worn to "The Dry Land" premiere in West Hollywood) appeared a little sloppy for my liking. Between the bungee cords along the waist and the elongated torso, you can't manage to make out her shape. It just looks like she's wearing a parachute.

Dare to Wear: Rihanna

Warning: If you possess a fear of clowns, you may be sensitive to this post.

Rihanna wore a colorful, spotted jumpsuit from the D&G Pre-Fall 2010 collection to an exclusive after-party following her "Last Girl On Earth" show in Hollywood last night.

The singer's circus-worthy ensemble (which included a Ronald McDonald-red 'do) is the second Dare to Wear has seen in two weeks (See Blake Lively's circus look).

Dare to Wear: Taylor Momsen

Leave it to Taylor Momsen to ruin my "Gossip Girl" fashion high.

Just when I'd become accustomed to seeing castmates Leighton Meester and Blake Lively modeling the latest goods from Valentino, Gucci and Oscar de la Renta while shooting Season Four, I stumbled upon this picture of Miss Momsen preparing to take the stage for a show in Columbia, Maryland.

Not only can you see the actress's bra and underwear right through her dress, but if you look closely, you'll notice a pack of smokes peeking out of her thigh-highs. Classy!

Dare to Wear: Katie Holmes

In an apparent attempt to avoid looking overdressed, "The Extra Man" star Katie Holmes wore a striped, navy and red tee to the film's premiere in New York.

The actress made no attempt to stylize the cotton creation (which would've been much better suited for Independence Day), pairing it only with black buckle heels and a mop (on her head).

Lindsay's Courthouse Style: Love It or Leave It?

Around 11:35 this morning, Lilo showed up to court in Beverly Hills wearing what could be the last outfit from her wardrobe (before switching to an orange uniform) for up to ninety days.

Surprisingly, she left the leggings at home and opted for jeans, a grey fitted tee and a bomber jacket, topping off her look with what looked like a weight-lifting belt.

Dare to Wear: Ke$ha

Ke$ha (or "Ke$ha Dollar Signs" as I often refer to her) hosted an event at Moorea Beach Club at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas this past weekend wearing a see-through Gaga-esque leotard and "Jersey Shore" worthy cutoffs.

The statement-making singer topped off her look with a grouping of feathers in what appears to be her hair.

Dare to Wear: Blake Lively, Again

You'd look angry too if you had to wear a circus suit during mid-day in Manhattan.

Blake Lively threw onlookers for a loop (for the second day in a row) while wearing this tribal print gown with mermaid-worthy, blue jewel detailing around the collar and waist.

To make matters worse, the dress (from Jenny Packham) featured awkward cutouts in between and beside Blake's breasts. Like a woman who's been dubbed "Boobs Lively" in the blogosphere needs any more attention called to her, well, you know.

Blake Lively looked like she'd just rolled out of bed while filming "Gossip Girl" on the Upper West Side yesterday.

The actress rocked a striped button-up, cutoffs and (randomly enough) a brown silk scarf. She topped off her already peculiar look with knee socks, boots and bedhead.

Dare to Wear: Kyra Sedgwick

Kyra Sedgwick recently paid a visit to "The Late Show with David Letterman" wearing a snakeskin-print Antonio Berardi sheath.

While I might have welcomed seeing this dress on the likes of Megan Fox or Scarlett Johansson, I can't help but feel that IT, along with the lacy bra peeking out of it, is a tad over-the-top for the actress, whom I prefer in slightly more modest styles.
