How does Kourtney Kardashian battle the winter style blues? With her furry (and fierce!) Funktional Leopard Fur Coat (from the Holiday 2010 collection).

Whether worn casually with jeans and slouchy boots or powered up with matching leopard platforms, the spotty sensation (which costs an est. $770) quickly became one of the reality TV star's wardrobe staples while promoting the new Dash opening in New York.

Trend to Try: The Looped Belt

Whether worn casually with pants or a full shirt and top or given the five star treatment while wrapped around the latest designer duds, belts are proving the IT accessory of the season, the lengthier and loop-worthy the better.

Follow the lead of celebs like Olivia Palermo and Kourtney Kardashian and dress up a classic style with a wild print, or add a rugged touch to any wardrobe piece (including outerwear) with brown leather a la Kate Bosworth.

Celebrities Love Turbans!

Both Salma Hayek and Kourtney Kardashian were recently spotted wrapping up their cool-weather styles with headwraps, more commonly referred to as turbans.

While usually reserved for those living in Middle Eastern, Central Asian, South Asian, and Sikh cultures (particularly among the Islamic and Muslim sects), I can't help but think they make for a more polished and stylish alternative to the cable-knit cap. I wonder if this is foreshadowing of a new trend for winter.

Red-Carpet Recap: Los Angeles Magazine's Fall Fashion Issue Party

What's black, gold and pretty all over? The red-carpet at Los Angeles Magazine's Fall Fashion Issue Party, of course.

Some of my favorite looks from the luxe event included those of Kourtney Kardashian (in a cream and black panel dress with lace overlay), sister Kim (rocking a shimmery, champagne-colored sheath) and the new-and-improved Sara Rue (who revealed a slimmer, more sultry version of herself in a full-skirted number with gold detailing).

Coordinating With Your Guy: Trend or Foe?

After a while, it's not unusual to see men and women in a relationship adopt a particular "couple style," but a man in leopard shoes? You don't see that every day!

Scott Disick, who also has a penchant for the pink and paisley, was spotted in a pair of leopard YSL loafers while out and about with girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian (in matching leopard shorts) recently in New York.

While Kourtney and Scott's approach to matching may be a little louder than that of most couples, such as denim duo Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, there's no denying they've got personality (and confidence).

Color-Coordinating With Your Sis: Trend or Foe?

Every gal knows there are two things you don't steal from another woman: 1) her man and 2) her outfit.

But what if you don't wear the same outfit to an event, but rather the same color combo?!

Apparently, color-coordinating is fair game for Kim Kardashian and big sis Kourtney, both of whom coordinated khaki-green and black ensembles for the recent opening of their new store Kardashian Kaos.
