Judging by the wide range of shapes, colors and textures, I'm assuming there was no dress code at last night's "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" premiere in Westwood, California.
And some of the style highlights (and lowlights) included...
Kristen Stewart wearing a blue and cream tulle gown by Oscar de la Renta. While this gown looked beautiful on the runway, the actress (in true Kristen Stewart fashion) managed to suck the life out of it with her mangy mane and constipated physique.
Ashley Greene radiating in a halter-neck Prabal Gurung gown. I couldn't have been more delighted to see Ashley pick something from Prabal's collection (which was just launched during Fashion Week in February of this year). The cut, while simple, is sensational, and this color looks great on her.
Dakota Fanning plotting in a strapless Valentino creation. Leave it to the newbie to steal the show (at least on the red carpet). The lace detailing on this dress's bodice and skirt is exquisite and, while mature, still manages to capture Dakota's youthful innocence.
Christian Serratos strutting it in an adaptation of Rafael Cennamo. While I commend Christian for her bold pick, I would've liked to see this dress fall a tad lower on the thigh to look more red carpet and a little less Beyonce's stage wardrobe. I also would've paired it with shoes that are a little less conflicting.
Nikki Reed in a light blue Burberry bubble dress. While this dress is no doubt stunning, I would've liked to see Nikki play on its softness a little bit more, perhaps with an edgy statement necklace.
