Paris Hilton looked like something straight out of the fictional land of Narnia at the "Tease" Fragrance Launch in Los Angeles.

The heiress topped off her winter wonderland look with an entire jewelry store and an off-white 'do.

Dare to Wear: Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton played peek-a-boo with paparazzi in a lace top (and nothing but a bra underneath) while out and about in Beverly Hills.

While still risky, I'm not AS opposed to see-through styles when used as the base of a style, such as when layered under a chic cardigan or menswear blazer. When worn carefully, I might even go as far as to say they can be classy.

But worn by themselves (or with a really weird hat)? That's just trashy. It looks like our favorite "Material Girl" muse has some competition.

Style Showdown: Paris vs. Reese

Paris Hilton looked casual-chic in the White Zoe Bow Short Sleeve Swing V-Neck Tee from Lauren Moshi, leggings and flats while out and about in Paris last week.

Reese Witherspoon rocked the same tee with shorts, a cardigan and gladiator sandals while running errands in Brentwood, California back in March.

While the tee proved a great fit for both ladies, I like how you can see the sleeve detail in Paris' look, so I'm giving this one to her.

Paris Hilton looked like a walking kids craft project in a crayon-striped maxi and pom-pom necklace while out and about in Los Angeles yesterday.

As if her Rainbow Brite-worthy ensemble weren't loud enough, the heiress topped off the look with metallic jewelry, a handbag and shoes.

Red-Carpet Recap: 2010 World Music Awards

Hayden Panettiere, Paris Hilton and Jennifer Lopez were among celebs who attended the 2010 World Music Awards last night.

JLo, who also performed at the event, walked the red carpet in a plunging Roberto Cavalli gown, while Hayden opted for a printed sheath and Paris showed off her softer side in a blush-colored gown and pumps.

Victoria Beckham rocked a giant sapphire ring at a BritWeek 2010 Charity Event, while Paris Hilton was showing off her own finger flair at the Us Weekly Hot Hollywood Style Issue Event.

I'm really into colorful stones right now for spring, so I'm going to have to go with V-Becks' bauble on this one.
