There are certain style steals (usually involving an extremely memorable, one-of-a-kind design) that can be spotted from a mile away. This was one of them.

Actress and singer Tiffany Hines wasn't fooling anyone at last night's People's Choice Awards, where she wore the same frisky, feathered frock rocked by Fergie not even two months prior at the 2010 American Music Awards.

That said, I have to admit that Tiffany's overall, more youthful aesthetic (whitty bob, bright makeup and silver clutch) really helped to bring out the playful nature of the dress, which was created by Falguni and Shane Peacock.
