Not even two weeks after Paris Hilton made a splash in a colorful mini dress at the Nylon Magazine Young Hollywood May Issue Launch , actress Sarah Carroll wore the same ruched number to the Victoria's Secret "What Is Sexy?" List revealing in Los Angeles.

While both blondes proved bombshells in the flirty dress, I'm going to have to give this one to Paris for her shoe pairing (Sarah's two-tone pumps were a bit distracting), and for getting to the look first.
