Perez Hilton served Lady Gaga some serious competition at Heidi Klum's 10th Annual Halloween Party this weekend. Complete with fishnets and hair bow (and an icy pink pout), the blogger celebs love to hate couldn't have nailed the pop singer's futuristic, solar-panel-esque stage ensemble any better.

Judging by this picture I found of the two kissing at this year's Wango Tango concert, I'm thinking Perez's latest stunt was pulled in good fun.
