Kate Beckinsale was recently spotted rocking a Zac Posen LBD at the Condé Nast Traveler "Hot List" party in Las Vegas, while Demi Moore wore the same dress (also with a black clutch) to the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style last year.

Not only does the slinky sensation appear to be a better fit on Kate's tan bod, she takes the cake on this one for her shoes alone.
