The 9th Annual Tribeca Film Festival took off last week (to last through May 2). Some of the most notable celeb looks to surface so far include those of Amanda Seyfried (in a Viktor & Rolf short and blazer duo), Kirsten Dunst (wearing florals) and Selma Blair (rocking a sexy sweetheart mini).
