Demi Moore wore a black and white Prabal Gurung halter-neck dress to the 2009 GQ Gentlemen's Ball last week, while Thandie Newton wore a strapless version of the same water-paint-like print to the "2012" premiere in Los Angeles yesterday.

While I think both dresses fit the actresses' poised personalities perfectly, I prefer the bow placement on Demi's style, where it serves as the focal point of her look. Thandie's bow location is a bit random and, because it isn't two-toned, falls flat on the dress.
