Just days after Katie Holmes rocked a floral Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 frock at the Second Annual Power of Women Luncheon in Beverly Hills, Chinese actress and singer Fan Bing Bing was spotted sporting the tea dress version (with the same paint-brushed palette) during Paris Fashion Week.
